Reiki healing is a gentle complementary wellbeing practice that creates a quiet space for rest and energetic awareness. Neha works entirely at a distance, using intention rather than touch. Reiki is sometimes called Reiki therapy or energy healing.

Who books a Reiki session

People come to Reiki when they want to slow down, support their own relaxation, reconnect with themselves, or add a reflective practice to the self care they already do. You do not need to follow a religion or hold any particular belief. Common reasons include:

• Stress and overthinking. A protected hour with nothing asked of you.
• Emotional heaviness. Space during grief, change or a difficult stretch.
• Sleep and rest. Support for winding down, alongside proper medical advice where it is needed.
• Relationships and family. Time to sit with what is going on rather than push it away.
• Personal growth. A steadier sense of yourself, and a practice you can keep.

Your session, step by step

1. Arrival and intention. We join the video call and talk about what brings you here and what would help you feel comfortable.
2. Consent and preparation. Neha explains the format, answers your questions and asks for your consent to begin. You settle somewhere you can rest undisturbed.
3. The Reiki practice. You rest in your own space with the call still open while Neha follows a gentle distance sequence. Nothing is asked of you except to lie still and breathe.
4. Quiet integration. The session closes gradually, with time to notice how you feel before returning to your day.
5. Reflection and aftercare. You can share your experience if you want to, and receive simple suggestions about rest, water, journalling or self observation.

Distance work is part of the Reiki tradition rather than an adaptation of it, and it is the whole of how Neha practises. Nothing is trimmed down or made second best because you are far away. It suits busy schedules, limited mobility, travel, and anyone who would simply rather be at home.

Booking from outside India

Working across time zones is routine rather than an exception, so wherever you are, an hour can usually be found that suits you both. Appointment times are agreed between you and Neha directly. She works to the IST clock and confirms the time against your own before you book, so there is never any confusion about when to log on.

Preparing for your session

• Choose a quiet place where you are unlikely to be interrupted.
• Wear comfortable clothing and silence your notifications.
• Keep water nearby, and do not plan to drive during the appointment.
• Use headphones only if they help you relax, they are not required.
• Tell Neha in advance about accessibility, language or communication preferences.

Online versus in person Reiki

The seven centres

These are the traditional associations. They are symbolic frameworks for reflection rather than statements about anatomy or health.

• Root, at the base of the spine. Security, grounding, feeling settled where you are.
• Sacral, below the navel. Creativity, feeling, pleasure and flow.
• Solar plexus, above the navel. Confidence, will and personal direction.
• Heart, at the centre of the chest. Compassion, connection and forgiveness.
• Throat. Expression, honesty and saying the thing.
• Third eye, between the brows. Insight, perspective and intuition.
• Crown, at the top of the head. Meaning, stillness and the sense of something larger.

What happens in a session

Neha begins by discussing your intention and explaining the session. You then rest comfortably in your own space, fully clothed, while she follows a gentle distance Reiki sequence with attention to each chakra area. Chakra balancing is held on a video call, exactly like every other session.

Reiki training often begins as a personal self healing practice and grows into something steadier. Level 1 and Level 2 are taught together over three days, so you finish with a complete practice rather than half of one. Master and Teacher training comes afterwards, once you have put the work in.

What is a Reiki attunement?

An attunement is the ritual or transmission a teacher passes to a student, and it is a defining part of most Reiki courses. Neha gives attunements live during the class. Your online presence on the call is required; physical presence is not, and there is nowhere to travel to.

How long does Reiki training take?

Level 1 and Level 2 together take three days. Master and Teacher training is arranged separately, with its length discussed when you get in touch. The practice you do afterwards is the part that takes real time, and it is the part that matters.

How to practise self Reiki daily

The habit matters more than the length. Ten or fifteen quiet minutes each day, at roughly the same time, beats an hour once a fortnight. Most people find early morning or just before sleep works best. Keep a short journal of what you notice, without deciding in advance what you should be feeling.

Becoming a Reiki Master is not simply the completion of another short course. It is a commitment to sustained practice, ethical responsibility, self reflection and the careful guidance of other people. This training is for practitioners who have completed the earlier levels and are ready for both.

Master, Master Teacher and Grandmaster

A Grand Master is someone who has received attunement from their Guru, and who can both heal and teach. Some schools separate Master Practitioner from Master Teacher along the way. Neha will explain how the stages run in her own lineage when you speak to her.

Entry requirements

Entry depends on your previous certificates, how long you have practised, and a conversation with Neha about whether you are ready. The fee and the length of the training are discussed on Telegram, since both depend on where you are starting from. There is no instant Grandmaster route, and anyone offering you one is selling a certificate rather than a training.

How to photograph your palms

Only needed for a palmistry reading.

1. Daylight, no flash. Stand near a window. Flash flattens the lines and hides the fine ones.
2. Both hands, separately. One clear photograph of each palm, fingers relaxed and slightly apart, not stretched wide.
3. Fill the frame. Hold the camera about a foot away so the palm fills most of the picture, and check it is sharp before sending.
4. Send them on Telegram. Send at full quality rather than compressed, so the finer lines survive.

We do not ask for medical records and you should not send them.
