Wellbeing disclaimer
Reiki, chakra balancing and palmistry are complementary wellbeing and spiritual practices. They are not medical or psychological treatment and are not a substitute for professional care.
Neha is not a medical professional
Neha Dalvi is not a doctor, therapist or counsellor. She does not diagnose, treat or cure any physical or mental health condition. Nothing said in a session, class or reading is medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.
Do not delay care you need
Never stop, delay or change medical or psychological treatment because of anything you receive here. If you are unwell, please speak to a qualified professional. Reiki can sit alongside your existing care, and we encourage you to continue it.
This is not a crisis service
If you are in danger, at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or facing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. Do not wait for a reply on Telegram.
Experiences differ
Individual experiences vary widely. The client experiences published on this site are personal accounts, shared with permission. They describe what those individuals felt.
Palmistry is reflective, not predictive
Palmistry is an interpretive tradition, not a science and not a predictive one. A reading describes tendencies and patterns. It does not foretell events, name dates, or diagnose illness. No medical, financial, legal or personal decision should be made on the basis of a reading.
Astrology and numerology
Neha holds certificates in KP astrology, Nakshtra Nadi and Ank Jyotish numerology. These inform how she thinks about a person's situation. They are interpretive traditions rather than sciences, and they are not offered as separate services.
Terms of service
What we offer
Online Reiki healing sessions, chakra and energy balancing, live online Reiki classes at Level 1, Level 2 and Master and Teacher level, and palmistry and birth chart readings. Everything is delivered remotely. There are no in person appointments.
Booking
All bookings are made on Telegram at @sai_ashish_reiki. An appointment is confirmed once Neha has agreed a time with you. Times are set against the IST clock and confirmed in your own time zone.

Payment for sessions and readings
Payment is made after the session or reading has been delivered, not before.
Payment for classes
Full payment is required before the class begins. A class is scheduled only once payment has been received.
Refunds
As sessions and readings are paid for after they are delivered, no refunds apply. Class fees are not refundable once payment has been made.
Rescheduling
If you need to move an appointment, tell us as far ahead as you can and we will find another time. If Neha needs to move an appointment she will offer you an alternative.
What a reading includes
For palmistry, photographs of both palms. Neha may also ask for your name and birth details. For a birth chart reading, your name and birth details. The reading is told to you by Neha directly in a message, and your photograph is deleted once it has been given. Timeline and payment are agreed with Neha before anything begins.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information when you book.
- Be somewhere you can rest undisturbed for a session.
- Do not send medical records or other sensitive documents.
Our right to decline
Neha may decline or end a booking where a client is abusive, where the request falls outside what she offers, or where she believes professional help would serve you better. Where a session has not been delivered, nothing is owed.
No guarantees
We do not promise any particular outcome from a session, a class or a reading.
Ownership
Written readings and class materials remain Neha's work and are for your personal use.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fee you paid for the service in question, so far as the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here removes any statutory right you hold as a consumer in your own country.
Age
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over.
Privacy policy
Who we are
Sai Ashish Reiki is run by Neha Dalvi from Mumbai, India. For any question about your information, contact us on Telegram at @sai_ashish_reiki or by email at nehadalvi16@gmail.com.
What we collect when you get in touch
Everything we hold comes from your own messages to us on Telegram or by email. That is:
- Your name, and the name you prefer to be called.
- Your country and time zone.
- Whatever you choose to tell us about why you are booking.
- Photographs of your palms, and your name and birth details if Neha asks for them, when you book a palm reading.
- A reference for your payment.
We do not ask for medical records and you should not send them.
Why we hold it
To arrange your appointment, to deliver the session, class or reading you booked, and to take payment. The basis for holding it is your consent and the agreement between us.
How long we keep it
Your photograph is deleted once the reading has been given. The reading itself is told to you by Neha directly, in a message. You can ask us to delete anything we hold at any time and we will.
Who else sees it
We do not sell, share or trade your information. Payment providers see only what is needed to process your payment.
Advertising and this website
This site carries a Google tag, used to measure the results of our advertising. It sets cookies in your browser and shares limited information with Google about your visit, such as the pages you looked at and whether you arrived from one of our adverts. It does not receive your name, your messages or anything you send us on Telegram.
You can opt out of Google advertising cookies through Google's own advertising settings, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Doing so does not affect anything else on this site.
Your rights
- Ask what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete what we hold.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
Age
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Testimonials
We publish client experiences only with written permission, and we remove them on request.

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
